SHIPPING
Flat rate of Rm9 shipping fee will be charged on all orders below Rm280 to anywhere in Malaysia via PosLaju for items weighning up to 1kg.

FREE SHIPPING on all orders (except cloth diaper package deal) above Rm280 to anywhere in Malaysia via Poslaju for items weighning up to 1kg. Diaper package  deal will ship via normal air parcel or registered mail.

Combined weight above 1 kg will be ship via Normal Parcel.

If you wish to save on shipping, registered mail can be arranged for smaller items (wipes, training pants, natural soap) that is weight below 500g ONLY and for items that can fit into a 10"x12" size envelope only. And we strongly do not recommend that cloth diapers to be send via this method. A flat rate Rm5 will be charged for this shippign method.

All PosLaju order will be send out  on daily basis (within 36 hours) after payment received, except on Saturday, Sunday and Public Holiday.

All Registered Mail order will send out within 3 days after payment received, except on Saturday, Sunday and Public Holiday.

Customer Pick Up/ Cash On Delivery :
Only available on weekend for Penampang and KK area, and a minima delivery fee will be charged. Please contact us for appointment.

International Order
We now ship to outside of Malaysia. Please contact us for shipping quote before place your order.

Payment for international can be made via Paypal, and payment via paypal will need to pay an added 3.9% + Rm2 from total order charge per transaction.

Customs tax upon arriving at respective country would be borne by customer. And it is very important to provide us the correct delivery address and contact number, cause once your parcel leave our hands, we will not be responsible for any loss or damages incurred during delivery.

Discount Voucher
Discount voucher will be de-activated during any SALE or promotion in order to give everyone a fair chance to enjoy the SALE.

Discount voucher is not applicable for ON SALE items, and items below Second/Bargain category.
